Interesting chart this week. From what I could find, decline is caused by:
- Economic slowdown in China and less need for semiconductors from South Korea (even though Taiwan semiconductor exports are up slightly)
- South Korean exports are affected by prolonged trade dispute b/w US and China and changes in supply chain from covid-19 pandemic
- No specific case for Taiwan other than worsening state of the global economy
